On most days the rating would have been 4 or even 5 stars but tonight I ordered the pulled pork mac-n-cheese and the pork was cheery and in giant slabs, very uncommon it also had a funny taste, upon asking the server he said nothing was wrong with it then came back to overhear that I cook competition bbq. He apologized and said something was wrong with the vent on the smoker this morning witch made sense the pork was cooked too hot and too fast. He didn't even offer to remove the item from the bill. I will not be back for some time simply because of one servers attitude.

Food wasnt bad. Ribs weren't drop off the bones tender and 1 was all fat.
Alligator queso was tasty but couldn't find the alligator.
Alligator sausage was tasty.
Overall wasn't bad but way to pricey. 10$ for an app is way to much.

Mediocre all around from food to staff to decor. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Waffle was thin as air & chicken was nice sized (half) but flavorless.

Good bbq and a chill atmosphere. However the food was not too hot. Like as far as temperature goes....it was kinda cold.
