Horrible service!!!!! We went to the bar to order food & drinks, stood there for 15 minutes and was not acknowledged. When we finally got someone's attention after waiting another 10 minutes, we ordered our food (wings & fries) & drinks at the end of the 1st quarter. Drinks came back quick. It's now the 4th quarter & we're still waiting on wings & fries. One person in our party received her wings & guess what ... they weren't cooked all the way. This is ridiculous and I will never patronize this business again!

I came here for the first time for the Saints Cowboys game the service was wonderful the waitresses were attentive seafood was seasoned to perfection. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Fast forward to today here watching the Saints Panthers game. Arrived for the “pre-game” as advertised the drinks were supposed to be $5. I paid $7 for mine One of my friends ordered wings late into the 1st quarter and received them at the beginning of the 4th quarter. I understood they were short staffed, bartenders weren’t attentive at the bar. We had to flagged someone down to order food and drinks. Chicken wings and fries took over an hour to be made. No updates on when food was to arrive. The waitress stood at our seats waiting for a tip then disappeared. I really wanted to patronize this place but the service was awful. My friend who received her food 2 quarters later bit into her chicken and it was RAW!!! Over an hour for raw chicken is unacceptable. No explanation or update from anyone on the wait. Patrons who came in after us received food before us. I’m assuming they are the “regulars” or “favorites”. Only response given was that there would be a “wait” because they were backed up. BACKED UP FRYING CHICKEN WINGS!!! I hope the owner(s) take this review to heart. There are so many places that air the Saints game but we traveled from New Orleans to Metairie in traffic to patronize this establishment. Please make some changes. It took 10 minutes to write this review. Still no food. Sincerely, Hungry in Metairie
