If Moe serves you then you know you're getting food, attention, and information full of love. The only thing that could improve is if there weren't music all the time. That's personal preference and I probably could have asked if it was a bad choice of station but it wasn't. The meal tasted perfect, the fried stuff was crispy and tender on the inside and the meat was juicy. I go there when I want a hearty meal for 15 dollars. Great local chain joint.

Jose is the greatest server in the industry. Great personality and amazing customer service. That is how everyone should serve at an establishment, professional and attentive. 5 stars because of him. The food is always delicious as well, shout out to the cook as well.

Ask for Sam his been there for years and he is more than just Our server but family. He is always asking if your okay. He is such a kind person and knows how we like our food.

Service was excellent. Our waiter, Gian Franco was awesome. He deserves a raise. He was so attentive and even tho the cook messed up my order Guan showed great customer service. Besides that the mistake in my order of chicken tender sandwich vs plain chicken tenders turned out to b better. The place is clean n food came table quickly.

So I went to IHOP with my cousins and their kids I have to see the server Jose was very efficient I arrived about 15 minutes after my family and he insured that all food came out together in a timely fashion. He was very attentive to when the cup would be emptied in providing refills and while the pandemic has definitely put a strain on both the bill and the overall dining experience Jose did a good job at making us feel comfortable and not feeling rushed so we can enjoy family time together.

Wanted to eat pancakes so here we are.
I had the Harvest Grain pancakes with Maple syrup. Wife ate Quick 2 Eggs breakfast ( Sunny side up medium well with two strips of Bacon & Hatchbrowns)
My pancakes need it to be cook a little bit longer, (were soft in the inside). The Quick 2 Eggs was Good.
Service was well relax. We ask for Ketchup & napkins and took a while to arrive at the table.
