The same employee that took my order, then made the pizza without gloves on, then, washed her hands after, and then 15 minutes later, I was charged by the same person handling the money. I think they were just short on staff and saving on cost, but it's not sanitary to be the cashier and then handle the condiments to make Pizza without protection. these day's it should be the norm, and to be expected for a food handler.

I placed an order over the phone to pick up while staying at a hotel in the area. The lady that answered the phone was very polite, attentive and very quick! I only ordered a simple two large pepperoni pizza. By the time I reach to pick it up pizza was ready hot and fresh. Did I mention it was 11pm at night? The pizza hit the spot y’all. I will be ordering again whenever I return.

Location is great and serves the Brickell and little Havana area.

I usually never have any issues ordering pizza from this location. When using on my phone the order is on time and ready to go. My only complaint is the parking, because I usually do pick up instead of delivery.

I've tried all the pizza in the world. So far Papa John's makes the best pizza. I believe it's the crust. Or the ingredients, or the way they cook it. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it great.

Well, yeah delivery is a issue but the food is good. The size of it, toppings and price. Yes, it's your typical first class Italian pizza but it does the job. At the moment pick up recommended try it delivery in a month or so.
