Great service yesterday . You had run out of pizza boxes so i could take one home but was very professional and polite and we agreed on tin foil lol ( my hubby eat every bit of the pizza for his supper )
Had a fab meal, great service too -friendly staff and the meal was quick. Reasonable prices for .food and drinks. Definitely will return.

Myself, another member of staff & 2 disabled clients went to the sandstone nab for a late lunch/early tea , was met by a friendly member of staff (chris) who asked if we'd like a table of 4 or perfer to sit in the garden we choose the garden, and was shown to the table outside we were asked to order at the bar with us seating outside which was fine after placing our food & drink orders I was shown were the cutlery was kept and was asked if I needed help with the drinks Chris was very happy to help, the food was lovely, hot and nothing was left on the plates we really enjoyed our meals and the staff that were on shift were really friendly & helpful even though our client were none verbal the staff spoke to the clients and asked if they enjoyed their meal and had a good day....etc even though me & the staff member was answering the questions for the client the member of staff still engaged and continued to talk to the clients which is a big thumbs up for us staff......thank u to all staff at the sandstone nab we felt very welcomed today and we will be returning
Went for my nieces 2nd birthday tea tonight and there was about 20 of us x the food has improved since last time we went and everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was brilliant x Chris who served us made us all welcome and catered to all our needs x well done Chris x

Arrived late Friday evening and was rammed. My daughter and I were seated quickly and told of a 40 minute wait on food. Was definitely worth it as the food was amazing and the service staff were all fantastic. Even when rushed off their feet they were polite and helpful. Will definitely be returning soon.
We were welcomed with a warm smile and shown to our table which was spotlessly clean. Our drinks were brought to us straight away. The meals we ordered were delicious, fresh and hot. The prices were very reasonable which is a big bonus when you're watching the pennies. The staff that we talked to were very cheerful and helpful. We will definitely be back again soon.
Been before but must have new staff, great customer service! Man behind bar went beyond to help us. Took my parents for a steak and a pint for 12.50, asked for medium well, and it actually came medium well. And it was a lovely piece of rump. So well done to the chef too!! We went on an afternoon so it was steady away.
The summer fair was excellent for the kids, plenty of things to go for the children. Bar staff and manager Neil are so kind and friendly. I definitely recommend taking your family here. Food is excellent. Manager is excellent with the children.
Visited again on 02/09/2023 for some food and drinks, service was excellent and so was the food.
Really enjoyed my burger, and my wife really liked her hunters chicken. I really need to make a habit of coming here, as the service is fast and friendly. There are lots of places for children to play while adults enjoy a relaxing drink and bite to eat.
As my friend and I walked in, the atmosphere, music and the layout was inviting. I wasn't sure if anyone would come take our orders or if we have to go to the bar to order but my friend went to the bar with my order when no one came (we didn't wait too long). It didn't take long for our food and drinks to arrive and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The prices were affordable. I will go back again very soon.
Staff and especially the manager are always really friendly and helpful. They take the time to go the extra mile and accommodate where ever possible (thanks for the sweetcorn pizza).

Staff were lovely, very tentative, made us feel very welcome and the food was delicious. Excellent service so would highly recommend a visit. Will be coming again.came out for my birthday and this little treat made a great end to the day
I absolutely love the staff here, especially Neil and Sophie. I have been to multiple pub and restaurant chains before but never experienced service as welcoming and beautiful as this staff. Never once had a bad experience, always welcoming and lovely staff. Prices on mixers need to be reduced but that's my only gripe. The staff are literally one of the main reasons I visit this establishment
The staff were so helpful and accommodating to the point when I went outside and it was cold and the staff called becca asked me if I wanted a blanket, the food was delicious we were a party of 10 and it all came out the same time and was hot we will be back
Friendly bar staff, very helpful when we asked to change toppings and even gave us an extra free as I mentioned it after he had served me. Food was very nice, I’ll definitely come back again
I had a lovely day out with the family at this pub. Food and drink were good and the service was excellent. Special mention for Macy who provided us with excellent service during our visit.
