Lovely friendly staff in downstairs cafe and on shop floor...thankyou from notts NG22

They sell a great variety of products within the store from clothing & makeup & perfume/aftershave to household & toys & games, it's a great place to shop at Xmas time, they always have great gifts within the store at this time of year and something different to what other shops sell, it's not somewhere I shop very often but I always shop in here for Xmas presents, they sell some great gifts. Some people say it's expensive to shop here but I'd say no more expensive than in certain other shops and they do sell quality products. There is also a Cafe within the store which is a great place to enjoy a hot drink & a snack or to have some lunch, lovely food too. I always enjoy shopping here.

Visited ladies wear department Phase Eight to look for an outfit as mother of the bride. Excellent service received from Charlotte and the other ladies working in the department was totally looked after if you want extra special service this is the place!! ☺

It was Saturday afternoon so I came with my husband to Debenham in order to find clothes for my holidays I stopped in the Quiz department, it was very busy that time and I was trying to get some outfits, a staff member came close to me and asked me if she could help so I explained to her what I was looking for... From what I noticed she was all alone being busy as she was serving other customers as well. She was extremely helpful as we couldn't find my size and she offered to go over the shop to bring me the size I was after. I am very fusy and I couldn't decide what to get but I was so impressed by her insistence to make me try on more than 6 items. She followed me in the fitting rooms awaiting for me while I was trying on outfits. She had other customers at the same time serving them... But she never gave up on me. I felt so happy and been satisfied from her service so I decided to get 4 of the six items she has chosen for me. She even escorted me to the till point making jokes and wished me and my husband... A great holiday. I have never been served that way. I asked her name as she told me that she was from Greece and her name is Ismini. All I have to remember is a very cheerful person and definitely a great sales woman. I told her that we are going to visit her again soon....

Debenhams is a great store it has both coffee shop and resturant, watch repairs. Toilet and change facilities. It has many great departments. The ladies fashion is wide ranging, for all tastes and sizes. The quality is good and gives plenty of choice.

I picked up some ridiculously good bargains here, thanks to the kindly and enthusiastic staff in the Homeware department. The downstairs coffee shop is excellent and inexpensive if you fancy a mid-shopping treat.
