Wow, great coffee but expensive food for the quality, we use M&S cafe down the road allot, we use Starbucks twice a year as a treat.
Staff forgot part of our order and atmosphere was bit false compared to other places.

I love this Starbucks. I come here often to sit and do work and the staff are always lovely, but today at around 5:45pm the person who was serving me went above and beyond in customer service.
I unfortunately didn’t get their name, but they should be recognised for their wonderful customer service.
Better coffee than others. They cater for allergies better too. We like it here dogs are welcome. Free treats and a free Puppacino. Staff are mostly friendly just the odd time a member of staff have maybe had an off day. It’s one of our favourite Starbucks.

I have just been here for my morning coffee as usual and I was having issues with my card, Roxie I think it was, was so patient with me and helped a lot even though I was holding everyone behind me up. Can’t thank her enough, loveliest person. 10/10
