Mcdonald's

Stopped here for breakfast, kiosk never printed us a receipt, ordered two combos. Never got the hash browns, so I asked for them. Had to wait about 20 minutes for them, then the “manager” accused us of stealing because we didn’t have the receipt we never got and attempted to make me pay for something I already paid for. Wasn’t the first time they’ve accused me of not paying for anything either. Been coming to this exact location for years but in recent months the staff here has become rude and overly judgmental, and constantly screwing up my orders. Go to the location on 211, I never have issues like this over there.

Ordering kios is very very slow. Was given ketup, no jelly/jam or napkins for a breakfast meal. This franchise seems to be sliding in the details department. The workers are husling around but bad equipment and attention to the details are making it a below average McDonald. Next day went in ordered same thing they forgot the hash brown. So its not one time thing. Probably why there are no lines.

This McDonald's is the only one in the region that I can honestly say does a consistent, quality job with their orders. You can tell by the fact that there's a line at the drive thru even at midnight, and even if the nearby competition has no line. I'm a stickler about overly icey drinks and they listen to my requests 99 out of 100 times. Once, a worker showed me the amount of ice they put in the cup, and asked if that was good. No-one else has ever cared that much about my pickiness.

Very disappointed on how the drive thru lady talked to me not once, not twice, but 3 times now I have had an issue with this McDonalds! Very disrespectful and when I called to speak with one of the managers on duty they were not very nice either. Very very poor customer service!! The McDonald’s on rt 211 has such nice employees and they have never been disrespectful and never disappointed!! Don’t go to the Dolson Avenue McDonald’s!!
