We only discovered Tilly's this year and we love it and have returned again and again for lunch. The food is all freshly cooked/baked and the service is exceptional. We have recently treated ourselves to the afternoon tea and were thoroughly spoilt.
What a hidden gem. Not open everyday so were delighted that our need for cake coincided with them being open! The range of homemade cakes was superb, unexpectedly served with extra cream. Just dropped in for a cup of tea, but decided to have a ham ploughman's as well. It was delicious. Plenty of ham and salad, two hunks of bread. The room is small but every one was enjoying their food. There were a large number of repeat customers which speaks volumes in itself. The array of home
Great place to pick up some sweet treats. We tried a few different cakes and all are delicious, but the rhubarb scones are my favourite.
This is a fantastic place to sit and eat or takeaway. Great atmosphere and amazing food. Remember to book for a sit down though as they are extremely busy .

Just dropped in for a quick coffee and was very impressed with a delicious home made apricot Bakewell tart which was served with a strawberry and dollop of cream. Superb latte coffee.
Just collected a takeaway of tomato and pesto soup and a cheese scone! Well it was AMAZING. The soup was thick and tangy, the cheese scone was rich, buttery and enormous! Highly recommend and also a lovely husband and wife team. Great to have a place like that so local 🫶
Always delicious food and drinks. All homemade to an incredible standard. Whether you prefer savoury or sweet; you will not be disappointed!! Yum!!
