I booked a meeting space last minute for my manager who was hosting a zoom meeting with a client. The staff could not have been more accommodating if they tried. We only needed the space for 1 hour so they gave it free of charge and reserved with only an hours notice. Great parking and great coffee!
Great customer service all round from bar and restaurant staff. Spacious quirky room (Tinkerbell suite ) Generous breakfast with excellent local produce just a shame hotel bar closrs at 1930. But theses are the times we currently live in.
Very good - staff were prepared to cook us a light lunch outside of normal hours & although it took a long time to arrive the butternut soup & macaroni cheese with smoked salmon were excellent. Recommended
Clean, comfy, great service, great breakfast....lovely decor and superb complementaries, such as ear plugs as the windows rattled in the wind ....but given the history of the building its hardly surprising.
