The Olive Tree is in a lovely location on Milford Marina. The decor is classy and tasteful and sets the scene with a Mediterranean vibe. The restaurant is also immaculately clean and tidy. It is a family run business with an intimate and personal feel and the staff are happy to discuss the menu options with you.
We decided on the Chef’s Tasting Menu which takes the difficult decision of choosing away! All of the food was beautifully presented and when served, was explained to you exactly what it was. The tastes and flavours started off very good and as the meal progressed, got better and better.
Overall, the food, ambience and service were superb. I highly recommend The Olive Tree but would advise booking.
Tapas style imaginative food with great combinations of flavours. Highly recommend the chef's tasting menu. Semi formal but relaxed atmosphere and unobtrusive but attentive service with great views over the marina.
