Breakfast is worth the money, good and tasty, no messing about. Staff are friendly and approachable. Nice sitting area, a bright area with lots of light, a nice view of the water from the window and the tables/chairs give a slightly ornate feel, so a modern enough cafe with a oldish charm.
What a delightful and friendly little cafe. They offer a traditional cafe menu with very reasonable prices...... I found it warm, cosy and a little bit stylish. I do find myself in Milford Haven fairly regularly, and next time I shall visit the place again.. . I do like a bit of old fashioned, no nonsense food, and these guys have got it...... lively ham, egg and chips; followed up with a very generous chocolate rice crispie cake ........ 😎

I regularly visit Upper Crust, and find the staff helpful and welcoming. Food and refreshments are to a very good standard and there is a view over the water way.
