This is a smaller M&S store, but it has a lot in it. It's easier to walk around and is more accessible for people with disabilities. The food department is usually well stocked and the staff in there, are the friendliest in the whole store. Some have been working in the same department for years. I'd rather go to this little store than a larger one. Nice little restaurant too.

Our local M&S is not too big & is always friendly & helpful. The one gripe I have is that they stock too few clothes in larger sizes! I have asked. Coffee shop has great coffee & cakes or something more substantial. It's busyness tells how popular the café is! The loos really could do with some tlc!

Have shopped thete Fridays for long time. Cafe staff great on a Friday. Cream tea for £4 is great item promotion but really hit and miss whether it's available. Tip, go in morning otherwise very unlikely to be in stock/available in afternoon. Have mentioned to staff on two different occasions but no difference still.

Very convenient as I live close by. Saves the hassle of driving to the city centre and paying for parking. Good range of clothing, perfumery and well stocked food hall. There is a cafe inside serving tea, coffee and a selection of sandwiches and cakes etc. Found exactly what i was looking for and was in and out in a reasonable time.

Nice little m&s with food and clothes sections plus cafe. Not the biggest so not as big a selection as some stores. I use click and collect so fine for my needs.

Medium sized m&s shop. Limited, but reasonable range of standard m&s food and clothes. If you want a wider range to choose from then the m&s in central Milton Keynes is the place to go.

Free parking & lot of other large retailers & restaurants nearby, this is not the biggest M&S but is set out well inside with men's & women's clothing as well as its well known food hall & a nice café in store & friendly helpful staff.

Friendly staff and parking a plenty makes this M&S a convenient store to visit, however it does feel like it needs refurbished in some places. Often food shelves are sparce with many items missing.
