This shop and café is one of my favourite place to chill and enjoy delicious treats I highly recommend. Chocolates are top notch quality and the ice creams and sundaes are delicious. The customer service at Milton Keynes branch is excellent and friendly workforce.
This was a great experience. The staff were friendly and it had a nice vibe. The ice cream was also absolutely delicious as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Just brought a velvetiser and must say that the young tall English lad was so helpful when we were trying to decide, I must say he is a credit to front of house and all the other staff were very nice too. Well done it make a lovely change to be greeted with lovely customer service for a change.

If you haven't frequented the cafe in Hotel Chocolat, then you are missing out on a rare treat. It's the only place I go to for ice-cream which is out of this world and the hot chocolate is to die for. The staff are amazing, friendly and always have a smile and a kind word.
Went for hot chocolate and a few little treats. Brilliant shop, wonderful display of incredible gorgeous chocolates.

Was a really good selection of chocolate. The only choice that was a bit limited was the lactose free there was only 3/4 falvours to choose from.

Visited today as we decided to treat ourselves. These chocolates are very rich and decadent. But they are delicious. These 3 were £12. Definitely worth a visit if you have a sweet tooth.

This store now benefits from a café. The coffee isn't particularly great but the hot chocolate is enjoyable enough.
If I was rating as a café only, it'll be 3 or 4 stars. However I just love the chocolate, so 5 it is.
