Very dirty, even though the store was empty, no one bothered to tidy around.
Card machines don’t always work (or they didn’t work when I was purchasing).
Food was fine as always but the experience wasn’t.
Fantastic staff, nothing was too much trouble. I asked for gluten free bread and the man who was looking after me cleaned everything down and changed his gloves without hesitation, and ghe lunch was great, thanks.
I was just seating having my subway and heard the manages talking to a new member of staff, his words I can only describe them as motivating and encouraging well done that's the best way to treat you staff and make them feel appreciated keep it up even I left with a big smile on my face ☺️
