Best place to purchase cosmetics and fragrences. I have shopped here a few times now and always find something special.
We visited a couple of weeks ago as my wife wanted to get some more Chanel Christalle, which is incredibly hard to find. Unfortunately they were out of stock. The very nice lady on the Chanel counter let us try lots of alternatives, as with a lot of perfume, you need to leave it for 5 or 10 minutes.
I wanted a new Penhaligon's fragrence and again another nice lady helped me with my purchase and I purchased The Blazing Mr Sam, very nice. I also got an amazing new fragrence for my wife, which is stunning.
Anyhow, I joined Harrods Rewards, got 10% off and some great samples put into my bag. We then visited the Champagne bar, where Champagne is not stupidly expensive and they do a great harrods lager, brewed in Germany. Fabulous shopping experience.

My sister and I got our makeup done from a talented makeup artist Jeyy at Hour Glass counter. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. She is absolutely fantastic and listened to our needs at such a short notice. We have stayed in touch with her for future events. Please check her out. Great experience .

Went to Dior to test and smell some of there new and exclusive fragrances. I was greeted by a very kind person who recommended me some of his favourite scents. Would have 100% purchases them if I had the budget. Definitely worth visiting as they have a great range and helpful staff.

My wife and her friend visited again on 17th October, after enjoying a lovely lunch in the bar the proceeded to purchase various Sisley products.
To say the member of staff was helpful is an understatement. They left having had a proper shopping experience. They were delighted with their purchases and equally grateful for the incredible samples they were gifted.

I love going to Harrods mk especially when there is store events as they give lots of goodies😄❤ plus I love a glass of champagne.
My fave shop is Dior especially when Leah is on. She is very nice to all her customers, serving us equally..though we can see she gets very busy when a lot of us queueing but she's doing her best to entertain us all. I give ***** to her... so friendly and easy to approach 👌

Beautiful store and layout on fragrance. I received great customer service from a lovely young lady named May on fragrance who introduced me to Montale and was great with my kids. Would definitely visit again
