The Crown Inn - Minchinhampton - Photo album

What a lovely pub this is. The food was a cut above with wide a choice of beers and wine. The staff were friendly and the place had a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience. Food was sublime, staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and decor. Would highly recommend and will be back.
Tastefully decorated, nice outdoor area. Great tasting and good quality Sunday roast. Even the cutlery is good quality, you can tell the owners care. I heard the desserts aren’t good though (margarine in the crumple base!) so didn’t get any which was a shame.
Near the church and town hall in the village of Minchinhampton. Dog friendly which is great after a walk around the Common and into the village. Didn't try the food as the Inn was fully booked for "Walk ins" when we arrived but there were some nice choices on the menu, (Though perhaps a little price
Wonderful food and very good, very friendly service. So why only 4 stars? The price. £4.75 for a side order of chips. Over £18 for fish and chips. £6 for a side of broccoli. We had a sharer plate, which was the best value of the meals in our group, and delicious. The decor is also lovely. Shame the
Very good food - tasty rabbit terrine and a bouillabaisse full of fresh seafood, saffron and samphire. Just a couple of minor gripes: 1. In terms of size and absorbency, the serviette was more suitable for a cocktail than a dinner, especially one that might involve needing to wipe fingers clean. 2.
Great place. Good food, good beer, happy and attentive staff and on a Wednesday evening an Irish folk jam session not to be missed.
What an amazing place to enjoy a birthday meal. We chose the Sunday lunch albeit in the evening and it was superb. It's not cheap eats but the quality of the food and the quantity was superb. The two young men who waited on us were very friendly and hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. We al
Tried for a Sunday lunch based on a recommendation. Food was great. The only criticism is I was maybe expecting some more vegetables but not something to moan about! For 2 roasts, 2 desserts, a glass or wine and a pint of cider it was just shy of £70. Would recommend and return in the future.
Service and food was great. Slight disappointment was we pre-booked and when we arrived they advised they had no chicken left, which was what my partner and children wanted (it was 5pm to be fair). A few parsnips and some broccoli would have been nice. Couldn't fault anything else!
First time here. Absolutely loved it. Food was epic! I really couldn’t fault it, very very impressed. Will be returning asap. Looking forward to it being our local. Staff were all fantastic.
Went in last night for dinner with a friend, as I’d been in a few weeks ago with friends. It didn’t disappoint 2nd time round. Tried the vegan burger….amazing! Service was excellent, again. Great atmosphere and great staff. Live music on a Wednesday night and the atmosphere was buzzing, music really
Very busy Saturday afternoon. Good selection of beer and cider. Good to see Budding on sale. Not many local pubs seem to stock it although brewed very locally
Stunning meal and setting. A little chilly in the restaurant but understandably due to Covid precautions. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Particular highlights were the cheese souffle and sticky date pudding. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed a few visits here during our time in Minchinhampton. It’s dog friendly with a lovely beer garden as well as very nice comfortable interior. We found the staff very friendly and enjoyed the Sunday roast, both meat and vegetarian options. We did find the drinks very expensive, even for the
Went a couple of times and enjoyed. Once for drinks which if you’re into beers they have a vast selection of cask and keg. I was very surprised and enjoyed working my way through some. The second time was for dinner. The food was really great, starters, main and dessert. Again, with a range of beers
What a wonderful find . Great ambience . Lovely surroundings . A good all round pub for everyone to enjoy . All the servers were so lovely and nothing too much trouble ! As for the food . We love a Sunday roast and this was definitely the best I had experienced in a long time . . The beef was tende
This place was really good. I enjoyed every bit of my meal down to the desert. I highly recommend the chicken it was quite tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made for a nice walk back to our hotel.
Absolutely one of the greatest dinners of the year! Warm and relaxing atmosphere with good, helpful and polite service from young people. The food is absolutely fabulous! I had beef that was perfectly cooked and my girlfriend chicken that i tasted it and honestly was amazing. From the overall experie
