Finally found the wonderful chef and original staff from the Toucan. Visited today and though we weren’t ready to eat a full meal we were overjoyed to see the staff with their usual inspiring healthy food and wonderful cakes! We loved our cream teas. Thank god for Vegan options! Vegan options are sparse in Minehead so we were very happy to find this place. Definitely coming back. Friendly people and the food is delicious even if you’re not vegan! They have many options across the menu :)
