The Quay Inn - Minehead - Photo album

Great location. Decent pub with a fabulous beer garden. Even managed to bag a free parking slot out front. Room was decent and bed comfy. Breakfast was pretty standard. Would definitely recommend and return. Staff very friendly.
The food was really nice however the host needs some lessons on how to speak to people. 4 people came in but he told them thay could not sit at a table. And made them sit in bar. He told me I could sit up a corner. How thay won 4 in a bed is beond me. It needs a input of homely feel. Could be so muc
Great value BnB with a room overlooking the sea. The breakfast was just the right portion with excellent service. The bar was nice in the evening with good selections of drinks. The hotel is a few mins walk from Minehead beach, a 10 min approx. Walk from the High Street, steam railway station etc. F
I came in as I couldn't be bothered to cook and had not eaten in here since Rachael had left which was years ago. I ordered the broccoli and Stilton soup which is hot thick and served with a scorching crispy roll and full of flavour. To follow was the pork belly mash peas and gravy.... OMG it had a
We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We all had Sweet &Sour Chicken. It was well presented, fresh food a good price and lovely atmosphere. Good service.
Lovely place. The young woman that works there was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. I wasn't going to mention the owner of The Quay Inn, but we just got home and watched the Four in a Bed programme. We were very shocked to see how lovely and friendly she was on TV, but she was nothing
We had a room on the top floor. A bit small with a sloping ceiling. Tge hotel Wi Fi was a bit temperamental, but 5G signal worked. Food and service was great however, and a brilliant location just by the beach
Just came for lunch as we live in Minehead. There was a very welcoming gentlemen who answered all our questions. There were vegan options and a lot of choice from small lunch items to what looked very substantial meals. The vegan burger and my curry of the day were both really tasty. I had a huge Et
Enjoyed a 3 night stay, bedroom spotless, bright and airy. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The breakfast was delicious and the service was very good. The hosts were very welcoming and we'd highly recommend staying here.
Lovely break, perfect location, lady who looked after us at breakfast is so welcoming and friendly. Only slight downside bedrooms need some tlc.
Lovely short break spent here. Great view from the bedroom window. Good value for money and a good breakfast. Sarah behind the bar is very pleasant and friendly. Definitely be returning at some point in the future.
Lovely stay at the quay inn Had everything there i needed I had a good nights sleep and the brekkie was great with lots of choice
Lovely food and a warm welcome. A 'proper' pub with properly priced food. Too many pubs these days are trying too hard to be restaurants, so end up having an identity crisis. Irish guy behind the bar was a top bloke 👏
Pleasant B&B stay in comfy room with sea view. Good pub food and excellent breakfasts.
Had a great weekend. Wonderful atmosphere, all staff extremely helpful & polite. What a fantastic chef, the food from breakfast to the evening meals were superb. Will definitely return, room was very spacious & comfortable. Our thanks to our hosts for making the weekend memorable. Even the jokes we'
My party of 4 had a great welcome from a guy who I believe was the owner and he explained the menu and the specials on offer. Our food orders of pork and apple pies, fillet steak and sweet and sour chicken were delivered beautifully cooked. I've read some of the negative reviews and the issues raise
