Came across this little gem when visiting minehead for the weekend. Such a lovely friendly pub with a great vibe. Went in Thursday evening for some drinks. The staff are so friendly and we all had a good laugh. Was so good we came back in the morning for breakfast and then the last day we were there had breakfast before heading home. The food is great and good value!! Thank you all at Cafe Bar 21 for making our girlie weekend so fun!!

Very friendly staff, happy to do minor menu change for my daughter. Good prices and quality of food would recommend. Lots of outdoor seating. Really good fish and chips and fish fingers best around by far. Staff are really pleasant and helpful. 2 meals 2 drinks £21.

My wife and I had a great afternoon here, the atmosphere was relaxed, very pleasant with really good music. A great selection of beers, wines and spirits oh and some very good Cider. We had food here also from the evening menu and would highly recommend trying it also. All in all we had a great time, thank you to all the staff.

Went there on busy Wednesday and were told on the door that waiting time is over an hour and we better go somewhere else. We walked around but still came back and it was best decision ever 🥰 especially after awful experience in "hairy dog pub" is was so good to eat something freshly prepared for us, we felt that food was cooked with love and it tasted so good. Kids were over the moon with their nuggets and chips. Oh and prices are way too reasonable 😉

Cafe Bar 21 was a great place to visit! The breakfast was such good value for money after a heavy night partying at Butlins! The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The landlady was lovely! She is great with the customers but straight onto any trouble! She isn’t frightened to chuck out drunk people! We loved the place so much we went back twice and spent at least 6 hours there each time! Definitely worth a visit if your in Minehead.

Minehead bar on the High Street. Sitting amongst several bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes, this venue offers an excellent outside venue for drinks and food. Step inside and you are greeted by a tastefully decorated and unassuming venue that surprises on several levels. It's difficult to realise it's size until you go right in. The interior is well designed and comfortable and goes on, and on, to an exterior, partially covered and large enough to house several pool tables, an external bar, bbq and toilets. We had breakfast (served until 12 noon), and a cappuccino to follow. Music and videos played without overpowering the atmosphere. Staff were friendly and service excellent. Menu extensive and we would happily return on our next visit for lunch, dinner or an evening of drinks. Well worth a visit.

Popped in at about ten am while hiking along the coast and we were pleasantly surprised how good value it was. I don't think it's the kind of place I'd go in the evening, preferring a cosy pub instead, but I can recommend the breakfasts.

Great place to people watch due to a raised decking frontage. There is also a lovely clean garden area at the back. Now for the food. I thought I was going to get a normal chilli hot dog with a bit of chilli sauce on it. What I got was a full blown meal, only hot dog I've had where I've had to use a knife and fork. Included cheese, onions, frankfurter, kidney beans, basically a chilli con carne topped on a hot dog. Staff were very friendly. Recommended.

Wow the belly pork...the place is so much more than that but hey it was yummy. A great atmosphere in this place. The staff are great and helpful .

Always drink here wonderful place unfortunately I'm vegan and there's nothing for me i know there's vegetarian but most dushes include either eggs or milk, vegan food caters for both vegetarian and vegan, Richmond sausages are superb along with moving mountain and beyond burgers and vegan bacon I understand if there isn't a call for vegan food so i simply drink at bar 21 and eat opposite or in weatherspoons bar 21 is still a wonderful place to drink and i will always go there

10/10 service 10/10 food, best breakfast baguette I’ve had in a long time! Small breakfast was a very good size. Very reasonable prices too and the milkshakes are to die for kids loved them 👍

Great pub, pop in Saturday and Sunday, for dinner, love how they done the pub out, all the wood, great food well nice, lovely landlady, always smiling, shame I was only there for a long weekend, would love to use this great pub more

I think the revamp is great - the new front decking is has a great "roadside appeal". Be prepared to wait a bit for your food, but the wait is well worth it. Food is excellent. I'm leaving the area on Friday & not sure when I'll be back, but you can bet when I am, the first chance I get I will definitely be back to this eating place. Deirdre

We had a brilliant night here with ska and reggae being the music for the night. It's deceiving from the outside as it looks young but there was a good mixture of ages. Loved it!!!!!!!
