We love Brambles, no nonsense lovely food served by a very friendly owner. We always visit here when going to Butlins and Will continue too. Lovely jacket potatoes and scones. Also really great value cheapest cafe by a long shot. Thank you and see you again soon Brambles!
Couldn't believe how cheap this cafe was compared to others, only had a cheese toastie and pasty and two coffees, it was less than £9. Easy going atmosphere and clean. Will probably go back to try the cream teas as they do two scones, cream, jam and coffee for £4.25. They seem to be dog friendly as well.

Absolutely lovely little place. Wonderful homemade scones for a cream tea. A beautiful cooked breakfast. The lovely lady behind the counter was amazing with my son with ADHD she was amazing. Please, if you go to minehead please please give them a visit. Very old school
Great cafe, with great freshly cooked food and nice people who have probably owned it for years.
A little bit run down and could do with some extraction fans as the place smells quite a bit of cooking and was a bit misty when we went in but didn't put us off this weekend as we went twice, once for a lovely cream tea and scones and once for a brilliant full English breakfast with loads of bacon.
Will certainly go back when we go to Butlins again at easter.
Lovely old-fashioned cafe with a good owner. Serves tea in a pot with mugs, simple sandwiches, sausage rolls and scones. Good value for money too. Will be returning next time we are there.

An honest to goodness caff in a world of coffee shops. Cafeteria style cafe with good quality food at very reasonable prices. We had the afternoon tea, mine with tea and my husband's with coffee. The scones were warmed and the portion size was great.We were eyeing up the millionaires shortbread, it will have to be tried next time we're in the area!
Very reasonable prices and food. Visited on a very quiet in-between period of Xmas and new year so could have done with some radio or something. Been before and we'll go again

Second visit to Brambles. Went mid afternoon. Not to busy at our time of visit. Had a jacket pocket and a bagatte. Both very nice and generous fillings. Not a lot of staff interaction but friendly. Very reasonably priced.

The prices were really reasonable and the person who served us was really friendly. They collect fridge magnets!
We went late in the afternoon and had coffee and tea on the outside tables.
We will use Brambles again when we visit Minehead.
