The young team (lad and lass) that greeted and served me were quick to smile, very pleasant and made for an extremely pleasant meal. The caprese, button mushrooms and tagliatelle seafood dishes were all tasty and good portions.
Wish I were here longer to visit again.

We love this place. Eating in or take away (as we did tonight as daughter has Covid). Food is always delicious and portions are generous. Staff are friendly. It’s always something to look forward to.

My family took me for a meal on Tuesday for my birthday. The restaurant is small by many standards, but having said that, you have plenty of room to eat comfortably and do not feel claustrophobic or as if other people are on top of you. The food was beautiful, and the staff amazing and very attentive.
And you can watch the chefs at work. Fab all round and will definitely be back ❤

Just excellent, as always. One of the few restaurants where the quality is consistently good, without fail. The staff are just lovely, attentive without being intrusive and the prices give you excellent value for money.
But it's not about the value, it's all about the quality and the service. Judy an excellent little place, would recommend without hesitation. BTW booking is essential.
*** Update August 2020 *** This fabulous local restaurant has remained open for deliveries during the lockdown. The quality of the food is just as good when they deliver as when you go in to eat. They deserve our support for feeding us consistently great food during this pandemic.
Salvia's is now open for eat in meals and remain just as good as ever. Make a booking or order some food to be delivered, you will not be disappointed.

I was having a day out with my daughter and we needed somewhere easy for a meal and this was ideal. The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent and the food delicious. Couldn't have asked for better. The situation is unlikely and when we saw where we had booked initially we thought it looked a bit unique a restaurant, but once inside it was cosy and had a lovely atmosphere

Lovely relaxing meal. Had the salmon it was a beautiful piece of salmon just a shame I could only have chips or salad would have been nice to have both on the plate! Staff were very friendly and made us very welcome and we're attentive.
