Yiannis Fish Shop

Yianni's is the best fish and chippy in Moe! They never let us down, $3 minimum chips is always enough for 3 adults, plus our favourites like the fish souvlaki and the cheese and bacon potato cake are fantastic. Their onion rings are delicious, and chips are never soggy. They sell tubs of their souvlaki's garlic sauce too, NOT TO MENTION, THEY DELIVER EVERYDAY FROM 5PM TO 9PM!! I have become a serial reoffender. Great food, great service!

I have been to this place many times and the staff and the environment seem really unwelcoming the food is average. What baffles me is with a piece of grilled fish they can't even put a slice of lemon in there for you. All in all this place is depressing and the staff add a lot to that! Simple things like a slice of lemon with a piece of fish is what you expect especially for the price. Yianni's is a let down in more ways than one. Start off with having welcoming staff there's a tip! From a person that works in hospitality for over 5 years.

Was in Moe this past weekend for a study session and hadn't been there before. Needed a quick note to eat in our break and noticed Moe has 4 Fish n Chips shops. We found this one outside where we parked so went in. Glad we did. The Fish was thick and fresh (Flake) the Potatoe Cakes ACTUALLY had Potato in them.unlike the city ones which are usually just better and 2 mm of potato. And HELLO??? $1 CHIPPIES WITH THE PACK???? I think the last time I had $1 Chippies, I was like 10 and I'm 45 now and they were real chippies., not fries. Now I don't want a lot of chips but the amount I got, I would paid AT LEAST $4-5 for closer to Melbourne.. Myself and a colleague absolutely loved it! Even if.youre driving past on the Freeway, stop off and go get some Fish n Chips here. Sorry no photos as we are it that quickly, no time lol! The couple running it were very nice as well. Only CASH AND NO CARD TO PAY. So worth it though. Enjoy it! They do burgers and Souvs as well but not sure what they were like. J!

I'm only putting 3 because I'm Gluten Free and Fish & Chip shops rarely have a go. The usual staples you can't get in some cities with big populations - near abundant supply. The parting of the plastic strips at the door thing in Blue & White. Clean, neat & tidy with 3 things I can eat. Can be stared at through the window when walking past. The usual in competition with others doing the usual. Does good business.
