Kirsten our server was very pleasant and hard working as was Lara she is a real asset to the restaurant Louise was also kept busy. Food was very nice. The female servers seem to work harder than the male server could learn a lot from them.
Kurt seated us at the door was lovely and polite. He asked about allergies and intolerances and was very quick to offer supplements to our allergy. The food was lovely and the place was clean and tidy
We went there on Saturday and place wasn't too busy. After we refused to sit right next to exit and entrance door, we got seated at very nice table at the window. And it was very quiet..so we couldn't really understand why waiter wanted us to sit right at the door where people are walking in and out
Only giving 5 stars for the excellent service from a young waitress called Carmen. She was fantastic! Whilst we were there she was managing multiple roles. Serving, taking orders, managing the til, cleaning, and seating people whilst two other members of staff stood around doing absolutely nothing.
Great place for a family breakfast, Our group of 8 arrived today (12/08) at 10:00 without a booking and were very quickly seated, staff were attentive and great with the kids.. Very good value for money too..
Excellent lunch, which was most enjoyable. Unreasonably quiet for the time of day, so very relaxing and unrushed, with pleasant and attentive staff. Great value for amazing food. Highly recommended.
Restaurant is a brewers fayre , food is good, slow service but the meal deal is well worth it. The hotel is quite dated compared to the other ones that we stayed in and really needs updating soon. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
