Stayed in one of the lodges which are new and very, very nice. Spotlessly clean as well and everything is to a very high standard. I did toy with taking one star off because the shower is just warm and not hot. However, I'm sure they will get that right so a solid 5* is well deserved. The owners are fantastic and can't do enough for you. Excellent stay in a nice area with plenty of places to go and lovely walks. Nice pub a couple of hundred metres away too!

Great camp site in a great location. Our firm hired the whole place for a weekend and I stayed in my camper (electric hook up and water). Showers were good but needed 50p to use. Had some nice walks along the coast, which are easy to get to from the site. Nice pub just up the road for dinner.

Lovely campsite. Great sea views from all pitches. Good quality facilities but only 2 loos and 2 showers in each facility. Lots of hot water in washing up. Very nice cafe on site and excellent pub 5mins walk. Walks are very good along coast path with direct access from campsite. Owners Philippa and Glyn are always available and very helpful, and obviously take great pride in their site. We hope to visit again soon.

Stunning location and a lovely, quiet campsite. We had a brilliant time with the kids. On site facilities and the cafe are just spot on. Service was top class. Lady called Zoe was brilliant, always there to help and make us feel at home.

Fantastic campsite. Really lovely staff, very friendly and fun. Great cafe. Clean showers and toilets with plenty of loo roll. Pub just up the road. Lovely 20 minute walk to Monknash beach which is beautiful. Will definitely be back again. No O2 signal. But good WiFi in cafe.

What a beautiful campsite this is. We have just come back from our second visit. The owners treated us as family and the new chef Stuart does amazing food. The log cabins that are currently been built look amazing and really hope we can stay in one over Christmas. Thank you for an amazing break as always. We have already booked for next year see you soon.

What a hidden gem! We popped in to see whether there was any food available around lunchtime after a walk to and from Monknash beach. Stuart the head chef was so accommodating and kindly rustled up a selection of tapas that were simply delicious and complemented the Spanish beer he had on tap! There's not that many places where you can sit outside, enjoy the sea views and be looked after so well without crowds of people. Will definitely be coming back again!!!

Great campsite with brilliant walks and friendly local pub with good food. Campsite facilities were good. And help was on hand in the shape of a tractor when it got a bit muddy! Only slight gripe was that showers were pay per use- only 50p- but as pitch was £40 per night the additional charge seemed a bit unnecessary.

A great addition to our camping calendar. Owners and staff couldn't do enough for you. Perfectly situated for coastal and inland walks. Campsite facilities will expand as time goes, I'm sure . Lovely little cafe with great coffee. Pub 200m up road serving food. Dog freindly too. Enjoyed.

Love this little site so much. We were there for the bank holiday weekend which was fully booked, they didn’t seem too crowded. The people running the sites are a delight. Beautiful area. Breakfast & a bar onsite.

We've just enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Heritage Coast Campsite and we can't wait to return again next year. The owners Phillipa & Glen are both lovely and accommodating people along with the rest of the campsite team who always take time out of their day to speak to everyone and great you with a smile. The campsite is dog friendly with good facilities and while we were there there were 2 new lodges being built, which look amazing if staying in a tent isn't your cup of tea or you want a luxury weekend away with views of the best sunsets. We were also lucky enough to meet Stuart the new Chef and sample some of the new dishes being introduced, aswell as a fabulous breakfast and we look forward to seeing what other delights are on the menu when we return next year. There are plenty of walks and beach's to visit in the surrounding areas with stunning views of the Welsh Coast Line. Phillipa, Glen and the Team thank you to you all for making our week with you memorable, we look forward to seeing you again next year ( Pitch 19 & 20 😉 Smith & Glanville Party)

Large marked pitches, very friendly staff, lovely views, nice loos, bar/cafe with Wi-Fi, nice walk to the beach. Amazing beach if you like fossils and rock formations, although there is a bit of sand too. Patchy EE signal. No O2 signal.

Lovely little gem of a site. We arrived quite late on bikes and we were given a very warm and kind welcome. The site is beautiful and has good facilities. The cooked breakfast was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. A note that you need to bring some change as it's 50p to use the showers. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

I stayed here last month (Mid June) loved it so much I’m going back next week! Wonderful site with everything you need for a coastal stay. Beach is just a 15 minute walk away down a peaceful road and woodland track. Pub within a less than ten minute walk. Dog owners paradise! Can’t wait to get back. The owners are lovely too!

Fantastic stay on a lovely site. We stayed as a family for 12 nights. Kids (both under 10 years) made loads of friends. Owners and staff at site very friendly. Great bar on site.....also sells ice cream and does breakfasts which are very reasonably priced. 20min walk to beach. Plenty for us to do in surrounding area. 4.5 stars from us as there was no fridge onsite but there is a freezer you can put ice packs in so we managed well enough. Thanks for a great base for our holiday!!!

Drove all the way from Scotland, having no idea what to expect from Wales, or the campsite. We arrived to a lovely host greeting us as we entred to check in, which was efficient and easy. The campsite facilities were immaculate and the camp pitches are well kept. Everyone was friendly and an absolute joy to be around. Big thank you for all the hospitality we recived. Now me and my mate have the urge to move to Wales. People are warm, friendly and hilarious no matter what part of Wales you go. 10/10 will recommend and visit again. P.s. Tip to the chef too, World famous beer battered fish on a Friday.
