Dutch Brothers

Yes me and my husband comes here each day before we go to work. And each time we go there they lack customer service and they don't listen to what we order. I had ordered a sugar free white choc mocha, and there is reasons why I order sugar free and it was not. I had to throw out my order and I was left with no drink... . They need to re learn what customer service is and they don't. I will tell my entire family and friends what kind of service they give. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. And I dont like the way my husband was treated.

When you cannot hear the employees talk to you because they enjoy extremely loud music and it takes 20 min for 2 drinks something is wrong... Edited add-on This dutch bros will tell you oh they can do something like pour a drink in your mug and then they will tell you that they can't and then they will fill it the next time and the cycle repeats over and over. I live in Corvallis and I think I'll frequent Starbucks more now than Dutch because the management at these Dutch Bros don't seem to know what's going on... Also music I don't mind but when it is so loud that they have to scream at you so they can hear them selves that's bad.. Add-on today April 15th These guys really do not listen... so ordered a sugar free drink for a diabetic and guess what, she took a drink and not sugar free... this is the worst location as far as the people working it, lack of training, not caring and most likely stoners...
