Excellent experience from start to finish! The spa is lovely, the staff is attentive and kind. I’ve had two massages with Eric in the last month to help with an injury and let me tell you, he’s amazing!! He has helped me so much! I highly recommend him and the spa in general. You will not be disappointed!

This spa provided exceptional service. Marissa was so welcoming and made our time spent well worth it. Linda provided an amazing massage and scrub with steam. I literally had trouble opening my eyes because I was super relaxed! Sam did my facial and she was fantastic too. Everyone that I came in contact was extremely friendly. The lunch provided was really good! I will definitely book here again when I'm back in the area.

I have been to several spas all over the U.S. and this was by far the most amazing! Wendy the owner was amazing! Marissa the office manger was also fantastic, the entire staff were wonderful! We wanted a mom and daughters spa day and Montrose Day Spa made it so memorable! We had several last minute changes and they did everything they could to accommodate! I can’t say enough good things! I was just blown away with the entire experience. The building is relaxing and beautiful, and everyone was so very welcoming and friendly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

It was a good time and the people were very welcoming and nice. I felt very comfortable getting waxed. However, I feel like I was very overcharged. When I got home now I see half of my legs still have hair on them. It’s frustrating because money doesn’t grow on trees for my family. So I expected top knotch quality. I go home and find hairs on my legs still,but not just some, but many. I also asked for a favor for her to wax a little part of my body and she charged me an extra $25 without telling me before hand. Very nice people don’t get me wrong but expected a little more.

It was nice to walk into a place of business and see everyone’s smiling faces and to not be made uncomfortable for my personal decision to not wear a facial covering. That being said, my spa services were excellent and I enjoyed being pampered for the morning. I highly recommend Sarah for massage services. I’ll be back soon!

In town from St. Louis. I booked an appointment for the following day and I almost changed my mind in going. I wasnt quite sure what to expect getting a massage in an unfamiliar town. I walked in to the shop and at first site it's quite a calming atmosphere. I was reluctant by the smell of the shop. It wasnt pleasant. I'm not sure if it was their line of products that smelled like that or not. It was like the smell of stale oil and kind of a turn off. However, I received probably one of the best massages I've ever had. I get massages pretty regularly back home. The young lady who massaged me was very attentive to my body and that is what makes a GREAT therapist. She knew where the pressure really needed to be versus where it didnt. I would absolutely recommend Mainstreet Essentials and if I'm ever back in this town, I'll go back!
