Great place to stop for a hot butty. Comprehensive menu. Decent grub. Business is for sale (as a going concern) so there are estate agent boards up, but I was there today (20/03/23) and can confirm it is open.

One of our favourite butty stops! Megan is absolutely amazing so polite and goes out of her way to help! Food is always tasty and haven't had one issue of them making a mistake etc yet! Thank you so much!! 😁👌🏼

Great Chips. Stopped off for a break and a cuppa. Friendly chap behind the counter. Good wee banter. Just had chips, but they were freshly friend and really good. Outside seating only but good cheap carpark and nice walks along the sea front.

Lovely double cheese burger with onions...boy had a texan burger which he loved, daughter had a chicken burger which she said was yumble scrumble.
