The Healthy One

The most divine Chinese take away food you can get hands down. You know that feeling when you want to order a feast but you’re not sure what? Look no further. This place has it all. No joke. Such a variety on the menu and genuinely authentic food that will fill you up and leave you feeling warm inside. Gets me all fuzzy just thinking about it.

Food nice and fresh. There are lots of options and more free to order items not at the buffet as well as some that come at a cost. For those of us who are conscious with what we eat each buffet item is labelled with a healthy food rating. Obviously not everything at a Chinese buffet is healthy but they do a great job of showing which items are :) Staff are friendly especially with kids.

Staff are friendly and helpful, food is lovely, was topped up with fresh food if running low. Loads of choice. Some English food too. Caters for e everyone, loved the signs with good for diabetic on. Just need them on desert trolley too, that would be helpful. Good prices and will definitely go again.

Really enjoyed our trip for an evening meal at The Healthy One. All the food was well labelled with various dietary information. All food cooked fresh, don't be worried if a dish looks a little low on the buffet. They cook small batches all the time so there's not loads of food sitting around under the heat lamps. Good value for money, excellent customer service. Nice laid back meal, brilliant for when you want to eat out but not too fancy. Good for kids too, loads of recognisable foods that kids like, but made fresh in-house. Will be back again soon

I recently took my daughter and her friend out to eat here and we'll definitely go again. The food was lovely with lots of information given on gluten free, who it's best for if you're diabetic etc. The waitress was absolutely lovely and made a real fuss my daughter and her friend, making them feel extra welcome. Beautifully clean with a five star cleanliness rating and delicious food, you can't go wrong if you choose this place to eat.

First time visit here, after visiting the same venue previously we were very impressed and will definitely be returning. The food detailed all oil and gluten content. The place was very busy and it's obvious why, the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Along with this all the food was hot and replaced regularly.
