First time in your shop bought a cheese and tomato panine I got a cheese and ham instead so what happened totally shocked I said oh never mind i will take the cheese and ham they also give me my money back as well as the sandwich I said no take the money but they said we made the mistake u took the sandwich no charge isn't that fabulous I've never known a shop do that I give this shop 10/10 oh yes the panine was lovely i will be back x

Had 2 sandwiches now.
Last Friday I had a bacon , egg, tomato - best bacon butty I have ever had.
Today I had a hot beef sandwich - wish I had ordered 2 - it was lovely.
Cant wait to get my bacon butty again in the morning.

We’ve been in Woody’s several times for sandwiches and breakfasts since moving to the area. Our daughter was having a birthday party and we asked Woody’s to cater for us for upto 50 kids and their parents, they pulled out all the stops, all manner of sandwiches, finger foods, crisps, cakes, fruit, wraps for the adults and sweets galore for the kids to be able to make their own little pick and mix to take home with them. We had many compliments from the parents and every child left full and happy. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Great start to the day with full english. Fill ya boots belly buster or just a regular all good in my honest opinion.

Stopped in today after a trudge through the snow.
Was half an hour before closing time, but the staff were happy to see us and struck up a nice conversation.
Food was quick, hot, and incredibly tasty.
The chicken tikka naan was delicious, piping hot to the point of still being perfect after the walk back through the snow.
Price was incredibly fair and I'd have been happy to pay 25% more for the quality of food.
Interior was lively and fun with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the food if you didn't want to take away.
Also, special shout out to the fresh cheesy chips, they were gorgeous.
All in all, excellent service and I will absolutely be back next time I'm in the area.

This is the best you will ever have. The food is amazing. Woody may be short but the food defo is not. So much at a very low price. Got to be the best cafe around and am from Halifax defo worth calling in if your passing.
