So we are centre staff and we scanned our loyalty card and it turns out you cannot scan your card and at the same time have a staff discount…. We were buying cold drinks not a coffee. If you really valued ur customers wouldn’t you want them to earn loyalty points at your cafe… i have gone to many Jamacia blues before and this has never been a problem and should definitely be something head office looks into…. Extremely disappointed in this policy
