Shameful lack of service, lazy excuses when confronted, desperate to hold onto customers money when called out for refusing to do the bare minimum to ensure an order is served.
I can see that forgetting orders is a common occurrence here.
You shouldn’t be in business and are a disgrace to the rest of the honest people operating out of the markets.
