Truly amazing experience I had 4 days ago. I’m not a regular at Subway, but the service and the food quality did not disappoint. Was served by the kindest girl, who was super accommodating to my needs. Will be coming to this subway again, hope to see this employee in store more often!

I knew it was late, and expected nothing to be available and the bread as hard as a cats head!
Butto my surprise, I was only met with a full expanse of fresh bread etc etc, but then I met Layla!
She was a breath of fresh air!
Happy, polite, courteous, but most of all, a sense of humour!
Layla, please keep up your fantastic customer service, and Morley Subway, she is a TOTAL asset to your business

I ordered a grilled wrap with tuna and strips a while back but they forgot to turn on the panini press so I had to eat Lukewarm strips with cold af tuna. Not to mention it was wrapped twice because they couldn’t fit it all in even though it wasn’t really that much.

Very unwelcoming staff, the guy behind the counter could not care a less if he was serving a customer.
The most annoying part is the arrogant staff members at the back not wearing a mask, we are still in a pandemic guys WAKE UP! I’m surprised such a large company doesn’t have guidelines that workers have to abide by. Normally go to another subway who are far more professional.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for coming to your store in Morley and ordering food today as from the exceptionally aggressive, poor and disrespectful display from your staff it would have seemed that it was a very large inconvenience and bother that we attempted to purchase from you.
Secondly, Is there a particular reason you would hire staff that don't want to do their required job role, or is this just a gross display on yourself as the franchisee for what is expected from Subway?

If there was a zero for customer service id rate it as that. I payed for my extras for my wrap. But having 3 spinach leaves put on having to ask to put more on, then paying for my extra beetroot id expect more than 2 small pieces, when asked for more I then checked the receipt and I've been charged for double beetroot. And they talk to each other about it to justify it. Ive worked at subway and get it just about daily youre not meant to be as stingy as this, and charge me more for what you're meant to be putting on it Extremely poor customer service worst sub way I've been too
