Mcdonald's

Daughter and myself were very thirsty after she dragged me around Morley Galleria so she could do some clothes shopping so we stopped off at Maccas Morley drive through for a drink. I had the caramel iced latte and baby girl (she's 29) had the vanilla iced latte. Mine was nice with a hint of a burnt caramel taste which was good as I don't like it too sweet. Hers just tasted like a normal iced coffee. Alas we forgot to add whipped cream!!! Also had a cheeseburger each coz let's face it we were never gunna get just a drink lol. They were nice and tasty with plenty of sauce! Service was good and we didn't hear those dreaded can you wait in the waiting bay words which was a bonus as it was lunch time so the drive through was a little busy.

Ordered via the app, drove down.. waited 7 minutes to get to the microphone to pass on code. Then waited 10 more minutes to get my food. Then was told the icecream machine wasn't working so was made to wait a further 2-3 minutes to get a refund. Drove the 3 minutes home and my food was completely cold and even though I requested no pickles I still got a pickle. If they are struggling with a backlog orders should be held until people are closer to the front of the drive thru. Registered a complaint and never heard back. Poor customer service at Morley.

Normally I don’t leave comments online, but I’m so disappointed about this Macas, I love muffin, iced latte with no syrup, but I always get EGG SHELL inside and coffee with syrup, this time I got burned bread, how can this quality pass to serve customers? There is only one Macas around my area that’s why I always come back, but I will drive further to get better quality and service. Very sorry to know that they don’t care about customers due to many bad experiences.

The food is always cold and the chips are bad. Also went tonight for dine in, and the young staff were just swearing and socialising with their customers friends. Not cleaning the restaurant, not making food quickly. Bad employees (not all, just some) and lack of managment. Have guts and fire the idiotic, rude, disrespectful employees and let them lead a life of unemployment and loser-ness.

Went through drive through to get my daughter a hot chocolate. Clarified I wanted it half strength and warm for my little one. She took a big sip and told me it tasted like coffee. She knows this because it’s the second time this has happened and she’s ended up with coffee. Do you guys understand the impact of serving coffee to a 5 year old? Not even going to bother going back because they’ll just give me a credit and I am not coming here again.

Asked for extra pickles on our burgers, one had 1 pickle and the other had 2 pickles so my partner went inside to get new burgers. Then we tasted our Coffees and they had barely any coffee taste, they just tasted like milk. I went in and asked for them to be redone, but they still tasted the same. We didn’t have time to wait longer so we left. We get McDonald’s coffees regularly and they are never that weak in taste. Very disappointed won’t be returning to Thai McDonald’s

Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. It's the closest to my house so given it many chances. There is literally an issue with every single order. If the item isn't cold it's missing. If the chips are nice hot and fresh, they have no salt. Can't get anything right. The time you spend waiting in the drive-thru you would think everything would be made fresh.

At 9:15pm tonight a young male staff member used his teeth - we witnessed it while waiting in the drive thru - to open the chocolate sauce bottle before making my daughter's coffee frappe! He came to the window with it & we promptly told him what we witnessed and told him to remake it, without the choc sauce!
