All you can eat breakfast for £9.99? Kids eat free with every adult breakfast purchased? Absolutely epic! The links sausages are to die for, herby and meaty. Excellent choices in both the continental and cooked selection. Staff lovely and cheerful. Cannot complain.

I go here regularly for breakfast with the school mums for a catch up. The staff are always friendly especially Jen. She greets you with a smile and some good chat. Jen is always on breakfast and looks after you great, we look forward to seeing her at every visit. Food is always nice and made the way you want. Unlimited coffee is a winner for me.

Didn't eat but had a coffee. Know this place well. The staff are amazing. Friendly and warm everytime.

Our server was good but there was another person that came collect the plates that honestly looked like a supervisor or higher position that had a sort of an attitude towards our table. But the food here is wow, all our plates were delicious will definitely come back for that surf and turf that was top notch.

Staff were very polite, professional and efficient. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. I would recommend The Newhouse Beefeater to anyone.

Went for my sisters 30th birthday. Staff were very professional and friendly. Service was quick and food was amazing. I went for the fish and chips love the fact you get the choice between French fries or chunku chips. The full experience was fantastic!

Visit regularly as the breakfast is always outstanding. Jen has served us every time we are in and knows what table we like. Thanx Jen for always being so cheerful and helpful

Used the conservatory area for a funeral reception recently. Attentive staff, good setting, private area without being too formal. Food was sandwiches (which were fine) and rustic sausage roll which was very good.

We went to the restaurant for a meal. There were only four of us and the restaurant was not very busy. Between getting seated and even taking our drinks order was about 15 mins and the trend continued. It was the same between taking out food orders. When the food did arrive the food was great and everyone's order was correct. The only complaint would be the speed of the service. But I would go back as the food was good.

27/07/23 Evening meal.
Booked table. Shown to table very quickly but after we received our drinks it was quite a while before they came for our food order. Food always good.

Good friendly service. Not busy at the time of my visit.
Car park requires the customers car registration to be input on a tablet inside the restaurant.

Service was fab, continental was fab, cooked breakfast let it down. The sausages and bacon were absolutely rank! Bacon was very under done. I'd change bacon and sausage supplier and get some slice sausages as well and it would be 5* easy!

Staff were friendly, resteraunt immaculate and fast service...food was ok but overpriced...no better than a Wetherspoons. Tbh id rather have phoned a takeaway. I've never grudged a meal out with my kids but i really didn't think it was worth the ridiculous cost they charge for what we got. Absolutely no atmosphere and if it weren't for the staff it would be a 1 star rating for me

Very disappointed with the service of the manager in this place - on Mother’s Day we were only coming in for a coffee with me and my mother and my grandmother in wheel chair - we explained to the manager that we only wanted a coffee and we were directed to the bar area which was up 3 steps and impossible to reach with a wheel chair - the other tables in the bar area were those high seats - we asked if we could get another small table brought from up the stairs - and all the manager said was sorry it’s not my fault it’s Mother’s Day can’t you see we are busy - we were very disappointed with this as the whole of the up stairs bar area was free - we felt very discriminated again as it’s not my grandmothers fault she is in a wheel chair - all we wanted was a coffee and instead we left with my grandmother feeling very upset and feeling like a burden - we’ve been loyal customers for 30 years at the NewHouse but we will never be back

Here at the moment..ordered mushroom for starter- had none but when husbands main came it had mushroom . Ordered kids poppin chicken-had none! Couldn’t offer an alternative so asked for chicken goujons told them it was for a kid! It was cooked in lemon and herb (not suitable for a fussy 5 year old) wait between meals was over an hour same for desserts. Also 20 minutes between two of the desserts orders and waited 20 plus minutes on a glass of wine. Service was terrible...... never asked if we needed Anything had to aproach them for everything. The quickest thing that came was the bill. Disappointed as loved it before it changed!

A family birthday meal and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The children were kept occupied with crayons, colouring-in sheets and a small outside play area between courses. The food was very good and a great choice as it gave a Sunday carvery menu and the ordinary main menu. The staff couldn`t do enough and were very helpful . Will return.

Very poor experience. After being seated we waited around 20 mins then had to ask a waitress to take our order. The chicken escalope was very greasy and inedible. Part of our order was missing and it took 10 mins to come by which time we almost finished the main courses. When the plates were cleared the waitress never asked if everything was ok with our meal despite more than half being left on each plate. Safe to say we will not be returning.... our poorest Beefeater experience!

We were at the beefeater yesterday for our Christmas lunch with the car club.
The food was lovely but pathetically slow appropriately an hour between courses.
There was no table coordination ie prepare all the food for each table. Some of us were served there food and others were waiting ages on their food. Quite unprofessional.
Make sure uv had a good breakfast b4 you go.
We were in good company and had a chat while we waited.

Went last night with my 2 sons. (10, 12). First visit since became Beefeater. Service was terrible, had to almost chase waitress to get more drinks, sauce etc. Son's starter had no carrot sticks and cucumber was dried out, only 1 sweetcorn cob with his main, supposed to be 2, also very dried out. My meal was dry and tasteless, meatball sandwich, get better from subway. I could go on but would be here all night. Very disappointed, won't be back.

First visit - we'll be back! Interesting location but worth the trip...great daytime menu....good atmosphere and table space!

Considering we all loved this place when it was Table Table, we were a bit disappointed with the place when we were there last night. The refurbishment has taken away the nice family feel it once had with the secluded rooms and private cosy areas. The service was good and the food was also good but previously both service and food were excellent. We are going back next week dot my birthday, so I'm hoping it will have improved

We were here last night for 3 hours ... really use to like this place but won’t be back as the full service was terrible. No team work what so ever. 3 hours for a meal is just ridiculous! Every course came either wrong ,missing or extremely late. Some of the meals were really nice and others were really not nice at all. The 2 members of staff that were serving us were really nice tho didn’t really seem to know what they were doing . Lack of communication also. Very disappointing for a New Year’s Eve family dinner that we were all looking forward to. We were giving complementary drinks and a reduction on the bill ....tho completely not the point after complaining ...we were told the service would get better... was certainly not the case at all. Was terrible

Amazing service. Outstanding food. If you like cocktails. I can highly recommend the mojito2!

Lovely food & service, great choice on menu.....nice friendly staff
Paul Reynolds
Great food and staff very polite. It'd be better if the tables in the lounge weren't so close too each other so that people can have a private conversation. A lot of Christmas nights out are on at this time of year and the staff should ask crowds to be considerate of other customers as it can be too loud and you aren't able to hear yourself think and talk.
Christine Knox
Our meals were "dumped" on the table by a very sullen waitress who didn't ask if we wanted any sauce etc. When I turned to ask her for vinegar, she had already disappeared!
My husband had to go to the bar to ask for this. My lasagne was tiny and very dry with hardly any meat filling. Very disappointing. On a positive note, my husband's burger was fine.

Came in for a family meal what a disaster. .I had pie and mash over 13 quid and it was miniscule sent back. my brother had gammon steak and it was a thick slice of bacon. ..over priced and poorest food I have ever had.staff apologise and they're pleasant. .but will never return.
