Muffin Break

Customer service here is appalling. Bought 3 muffins and was told I couldn't have a box because it cost to much money to give me one and I would have to buy 4 muffins if I wanted a box. She was Ridiculous and not to mention rude. What a joke and to think they are meant to be raising money for flood victims so that's why I bought 3 muffins instead of one.

Visited on Sunday purchased my usual 4 pack of Blueberry Muffins When I got home found the Muffins very different to the usual ones I think the mixture was wrong Looked like a mushroom. mixture over flowed the muffin tins. Very crumbly to eat . Unfortunately 35 minutes drive away so unable to return 🤔🤔🤔

Since when did Muffin Break in Mt Ommaney shops charge extra for a dash of milk in a black coffee??? Very poor service there just now!!! I really didn't appreciate the rolling of her eyes and the turning of her back from the girl who was serving me after I cancelled my coffee order. C'mon franchisee, train your staff better than that!

first coffee in my life that I straight up refused to drink. just threw it away. seriously, stay away from that place if you don't want to throw 5.60 out the window. tastes like it was made with windex instead of coffee. i was already 15 minutes away when I tried it and didn't have the time to go back and complain. judging by the other reviews it wouldn't have made a difference anyway.

Painful experiance. Burnt my hand because my piccolo in a takeaway cup didnt come with a lid. It was overflowing and went everywhere as soon as I picked it up. Luckily I didnt have a child standing with me. I didnt even ask for takeaway! Service was terribly slow and you have to wait at the counter for your coffee. Not what I expected since other muffin breaks had table service.
