If this place was in Belfast you would wait weeks to get a table. Exceptional cookery and service. Faultless from start to finish. Another superb restaurant to add to the growing list of A rated establishments in Ulster.

All I can say is the place is Magic. As soon as you walk in. The staff are amazing. Food is the best quality and fantastic to look at. Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Would highly recommend for any meal. Thank you so much for the great day and wonderful service.

If you find yourself near Moy you must check out this restaurant! From start to finish the entire experience was truly magnificent. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was rustic chic and the food was absolutely incredible! I will definitely be making a reservation the next time I return to Ireland🤩

Fantastic Father's Day 2023 celebration in Chapter V, Moy Co Tyrone. Food was delicious as always. Every dish superbly presented and hospitality outstanding. Sad to hear Chapter V's closing. Absolutely beautiful! We got the 'at home' version at Easter, and it was just an experience! Beautifully laid out and the instructions were very simple! The lamb was perfection!

Charming and elegant local restaurant with friendly, helpful staff, who are outdone only by the delicious 5* food. Looking forward to visiting again soon, to sample the Christmas Dinner, Chapter 5 style 😊

A very friendly and well run restaurant,lovely dishes and really good value food.A good selection of wine -we chose the Riesling and Abbruzzo to accompany lovely cuts of belly pork ,beef and hake with lovely starters duck and mango ,spaghetti and prawns The staff were very attentive.Would definitely recommend a visit

Fine dinning, for a great set meal price, worth the experience at least. Also, amazing gluten free options, everything was gluten free including the beer battered chips. Onion rings was the only issue

An incredible taste experience!! From first stepping inside, there is close attention to detail with everything. The place is absolutely spotless, nicely arranged and spacious. The various waitresses (one of which I’m sure was the owner) were all extremely polite and on an entirely new level of professionalism I’ve not had outside of NI. There were also a lot of staff, which certainly speaks volumes in the current climate. The menu is extensive enough to please everyone. Everyone was served promptly. The plating, heat and taste of the food was immaculate. Highly recommend the veggie broccoli starter, chicken mains and baked Alaska dessert (though wasn’t personally a fan of the white decorations either side). Only two cocktails on the menu, which could perhaps be slightly more extensive but it is certainly very difficult to fault them. There were stairs up to the restaurant, which was tricky for our guests with a pram and the lift was out of order. Even the ladies toilets were absolute immaculate, smelt amazing and had a very lovely baby changing set up. An absolutely wonderful evening, you cannot go wrong going here for dinner! Highly, highly recommend.

You get to take a seat in the front bar and browse the menu while the waiter brings a drink to the table. Then when your table is ready you are seated in the restaurant with its tasteful decor and adequately spaced tables. Waiting Service is excellent from start to finish. Food was amazing...from the crab starter to the guinea fowl special main course, every mouthful bursting with flavours. My sister had a fillet steak and it was just melt in your mouth. She lives in Belfast and has eaten in numerous top restaurants there and commented that she never had a steak like it. The staff catered for my whole family from my young children to my older father. We had even brought our own birthday cake and again the staff accommodated bringing it out with sparklers and all singing happy birthday. We had a very memorable occasion here and myself and family will definitely be back...can’t wait to dine here again! Thank you Chapter V

If there had been more stars to rate, I would have kept going! I had booked a table early, as we were visiting The Argory , and wanted to finish the day with a lovely meal, before returning home. Chapter V is fabulous! A lot of thought and care has gone into your entire dining experience. From the stylish seating area to have a drink and peruse the menu, the dining area, both beautiful and comfortable, fully attentive waiting staff and sublime food - this establishment should be recognised as exceptional. The menu is comprehensive, allowing for every taste, but also pushing the boundaries to ensure a surprise. Every one of our courses was bold on flavour but perfectly balanced. We are looking forward to returning soon and would recommend to all!

This restaurant thoroughly deserves top ratings on everything from the greeting as you arrive to the fabulous food. Having recently planned a family get together where 8 of us were to dine, we realised on arrival that there had been a mix up (at our end) and that the table had not been reserved. On an extremely busy Saturday night just before Christmas the staff rallied around us and set us up in the waiting area within minutes. This is an equally inviting area in the restaurant and we had a great night. We were really well looked after despite the confusion caused. I cannot commend the professional staff or fabulous food highly enough. Certainly looking forward to a return visit soon. Such a treat

Hi guys, a delicious meal indeed, fabulous service, timing between courses perfect, many many positive points I could elaborate on but I feel it's a place u need to visit to see for yourself, front of house and waiting staff were fantastic,attentive and extremely helpful I must add, only thing I noted.... the toilets.. no music just silence, whilst I visited 2 ladies also commented on this ( toilet break) perhaps some background music would help remedy this issue but other than that, a beautiful delightful restaurant! Top class!

An incredibly impressive culinary experience from the first moment to the last. There is an outstanding and impressive amount of passion and love that is poured into the service and food in this haven of culinary heaven. The beauty is in the detail, a young staff who are impressively trained, notice everything and anticipated our every need, the produce impeccably presented and carefully sourced. Even the medley of vegetables which I asked for plain was bursting with goodness and flavour. Broccoli as deep a green as the lushest foliage in Ireland. Romanesco an impressive source, provided a contrasting colour an flavour against cute heirloom carrots bursting with flavour. This is a restaurant that does everything to make your experience special and it sure was! We are so lucky to have this restaurant in Northern Ireland! Good luck. Jayne xox

We were delighted to find such an excellent restaurant so close to home and having enjoyed our meal so much, we decided to book for the 2nd anniversary 5 course meal with wine tasting. What an evening!! The food and wine were fantastic; the atmosphere was amazing; the staff were superb. The cherry on the cake was the thoughtful and considerate attitude of Ellie and Conor towards their customers, who were made to feel like VIPs. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

For the price it wasn't amazing portions very very small went home Hungry nice restaurant and good attention from staff menu limited but for 40 pound steak meal expect way more on my plate than just a steak and a tiny side could be way more for the ambience but really was a let down giving a generous 3 *

Had dinner in Chapter V on Easter Sunday with my husband and 2 kids and it did not disappoint. A beautiful restaurant with the most friendly and attentive staff. Probably most importantly the food was fab, everything was just perfect! Thanks for a lovely meal, we will definitely be back!!

Outstanding. I cannot believe that this little gem is in the "Moy". Went for the early bird menu from 5-7pm tonight and can only say, "delicious". Service was fantastic from the waiting area to the dining area, very attentive staff. I will be going here again, as soon as possible. Very reasonable pricing too. 😁
