After a walk we decided to grab a bite. We saw some amazing reviews on Google so gave it a go. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are very friendly. The food was amazing and honestly priced. If your in the area I recommend going here. We sat on the decking under the shelter and watched all the people coming and going. Great little spot 👌🏻 thanks again for a lovely food stop. 😁

Finally stopped to sample a fry up as passed so many times whilst working delivering cars about. Top place with helpful, friendly attentive staff and the grub was tip top, looking forward to being out that way again to sample more from the menu!

Absolutely brilliant. We were trying to find a pub in the area for lunch with no luck and found Browns Cafe by accident. Food was great with a good menu. Dog friendly and made a big fuss of her. Clean, tidy, and great staff. Will be back.

Browns Café offers an appealing café experience . The café also maintains commendable hygiene standards with spotless toilets, adding to the overall comfort during the visit. Staff at Browns Café are friendly and provide service with a smile. Their welcoming nature enhances the experience, making it more enjoyable. The highlight of my visits to Browns has to be their delicious cakes. If you have a sweet tooth, their range of baked goods is worth trying out. Served both indoors and outdoors, their offerings are priced fairly, making it a good choice for casual meetings or a quiet afternoon by yourself. The outdoor seating area, while charming, does overlook the street. This could be a slight drawback for those looking for a quiet outdoor experience as traffic noises are unavoidable. However, if the hustle and bustle of city life doesn't bother you, the outdoor seating could be a nice way to enjoy your coffee and cake. Overall, I'd give Browns Café a well-deserved four-star rating. With its stylish décor, friendly staff, and delicious cakes, it's an excellent café choice. The only minor drawback is the street-side location of the outdoor seating, but that's easily overlooked for the café's other merits. Highly recommended for a quick stop-over or a casual meet-up!

Called in for first time on a Sunday for breakfast. Recommended by friends and it didn't disappoint. 👍 Lovely staff and good service. Excellent bacon sarnie and a cuppa - perfect 😋👌 so good I called in on my way back, as I made it before closing time! Looking forward to my next visit when I'm down that way again. Top marks👍👍

What an absolute pleasure: good, local food, friendly service, great value. Solid coffee to top it off. Oh and willing to accommodate 12 of us on very short notice!

Very pleasant cafe with a simple but delicious menu sourced with local ingredients. Staff were very friendly and polite.Only possible drawback is road noise as situated on roundabout between A1065 and A134.

Great road side stop and meet up location, to sample a wide range of Menu full meal or snack selections. All served by friendly and helpful staff. An enjoyable destination or break stop during a longer journey.

Popped in as passing and found it a very pleasant experience. Very friendly and attentive staff and they could not have been more helpful after I had confused them with my coffee order. Was extremely busy but it appeared well managed and will aim to visit again soon

Popped in en route to Watton blood bikers bike show for a breakfast. My friend and I both had coffees and an English breakfast and all were very good! The young lady’s that served us and served me at the till were both very polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will be taking my wife for lunch next time. 👏👏👏👏

Food is s very good. Plenty of space to sit too. The only thing was the server was a bit frosty. Not sure why. It's a shame because it really let's a place down when servers aren't pleasant. Other than that give it a try. Food brilliant.

A good place for lunch or brunch with vegetarian choice available. Enjoyed one of their platters which was a generous range of locally sourced food. Useful stopping point on the way up to the Norfolk coast with friendly staff.

Spotted this cafe from the roundabout on a drive out with my parents. Pleasantly surprising in every way. We all had the lunchtime special, (Friday lunchtime). Scottish caught cod, served in batter with chips and mushy peas. One word (delicious) .. Fresh, crispy and not at all oily! The staff were wonderful. You could clearly see they value their clientele : looking around - who were mainly over 50. The attention to their customers, be it with a refill of the tea pot or friendly chat, struck the right chord with us. .. My dad thought he lost his keys and card in the carpark. Ringing up an hour later, the staff acted immediately in the search. ( Found later at home ). Will definitely come here again when I'm next in Thetford, visiting the Folks!

Well worth a stop. We chanced on this place just as they were closing and they couldn't have been more welcoming. Our sandwiches and tea were perfect. We're visiting from overseas and this place added to our great English experience. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

What can I say?! What a lovely Sunday lunch we had yesterday. Staff lovely....especially the lady with the blonde hair (sorry I didn't catch her name) food....AMAZING....what a lovely place to eat! Very impressed with the comfy high chairs too, much better than the wooden ones you get in pubs, our toddler ate in comfort We will be coming back and will bring others. Would highly recommend this lovely cafe-restaurant

Can you get a msg to the chef from our experience yesterday. Please don’t just decide what is best for the customer when you have no idea why we asked for a sandwich rather than a bun. My husband has muscular dystrophy which means very weak arms and poor grip so when he asked for a sandwich this is the easiest way for him to eat. It’s not so diffucult to hold and lift. Please to save embarrassment to the customer just check first as there may be a good reason for the request. It may have been easier for the chef but not the customer.

Great pit stop kinda place . Food is very good but portions small for the price . Excellent staff, but very often understaffed meaning delays as you stand around waiting to be greeted . A definite 4* rating and just the 5 because of the above .
