The J D Weatherspoon's 'Glassmaker' pub, on the edge of Crown Glass Shopping Centre, in Nailsea, is a large watering hole offering good value meals and drinks. It was warm and cosy today (almost too warm) even though it was a chilly autumn morning. The member of staff that served us was pleasant and friendly.

I like this Wetherspoons, it's nice on the outside, it's nice on the inside, but I thought it was very over the top telling my son that he couldn't eat his crisps in there, just because they didn't sell them, it wasn't like we didn't all have drinks. I'm surprised she didn't complain about me giving my baby, baby snacks too!

Pretty standard Witherspoon's experience but the staff team there seemed great with a good atmosphere it is one of the more interesting and busy Witherspoon worth visiting.

Very pleasant meal, interesting decor, tables not too cramped together, staff very pleasant, excellent garden area with covered smoking section, ales a bit limited but found one I liked.
Overall one of the better JDW venues in Somerset/Avon unless we just got lucky that day!
