Quality of food was good, place was busy and kept staff on their toes. We used online booking which was good, impressed to get a call to inform they had run out of one item so there was a wee Delay from original estimated time for pick up. There was plenty of people mulling around waiting for orders and new people coming in appeared unsure of where they were in queue. ( staff did occasionally call people, but maybe something could be done to manage it better) staff friendly and helpful.

Food is always fresh, sometimes you have to wait for 5 minutes when the shop is quite because they cook the chips fresh for you but it is well worth the wait! Staff are friendly and the shop is spotless which is a big plus for me as I won't eat anywhere that looks run down! Highly recommended!
