Nandos has always been one of my favourites but haven't been here for a while. Make sure if you plan on going here you book a table, otherwise you have to put your name and details down and que until its your turn. If extremely busy you may not get a table at all. Food is nice here you have many options of flavours from extra hot, lemon and herbs or plain. Both my kids had a butterfly chicken burger with one side. Which was enough for them ( they are 8 and 4 years old). Me and my husband shared a sharing platter for 2 which was a whole chicken and came with 2 large sides we picked spicy rice and coleslaw and I paid extra for another side (peri salted chips). Not going to lie we could have eaten more, so portion wise not the biggest if you have a big appetite. And the price has gone up quite abit which was a little shocking at first. Atmosphere is good. And bottomless drinks are available. Would go again but not too much only because it was very expensive. Plus side for us was its Halal

Fantastic food everytime we get here. Meat are Halal and great place to take your family out for dinner. If you are planning to go in the evening, try to be early or ready to wait about 30 mins to get a table as it can be busy.

This place has been recently refurbished and it looks very neat and fresh. There are more 4 person tables and less tables for larger parties. Nevertheless it is still packed and be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes as they usually don't allow reservations. The food is the same as always but this time around it was a bit drier than normal and my hot spice chicken want as spicy as normal. Maybe it was slightly overcooked? That's why I can't give it 5 stars.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Food was good and fast to order using app. Atmosphere was nice and perfect 💯🥳.

Wonderful restaurant, the staff are attentive and the food is wonderful , can get busy in the evenings but overall would highly recommend for a nice bite. The free parking is a huge bonus and very accessible by public transport.

One of only 2 Halal Nandos in Wales, which is why I choose to go here. I couldn't really fault the service. We were told we would have a 35-minute wait, which, tbh was obvious to see as they were quite full when we arrived. However, I was seated in 20 minutes, which was welcomed. Quick service and the food was great. Did happen to pick up an unclean knife when collecting my utensils from the station, which I would recommend they keep a check on, but I can't expect too much. Would come again.

Lovely food, lovely lady who served us, but it was extremely busy and freezing cold inside, but the food and company was good so overall not bad at all.

We had the pleasure to have Naomi as our server. They were attentive and very approachable. Best Nando’s I’ve ever had :))

Busy Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was full, but after a short wait for a table was available. Ordered and paid for the food and drink through scanning the QR code. The glasses were promptly brought to the table for us to fill up at the drinks vending taps. As we returned to our table, the food arrived. The kitchen team were on fire (not literally). Perfect meal and catch up with a mate - 2 happy customers 🙂

Gets very busy from 5.30 and quite noisy as tables are so close together. Good to see veg options for sides. Disappointing drinks menu bottomless fizzy drinks or alcohol all loaded with sugar!? No healthy alternative except water or kids juice

Called the resteraunt prior to visit and COVID precautions explained simply and clearly. Clear signage and staff welcoming and explaining the new processes in the restaurant immediately on arrival, plus all staff wearing face coverings at all times and hand sanitiser available on entry. Excellent choice on menu at reasonable prices. The food was delicious and staff extremely friendly and helpful, will definitly go here again. Delicious butterfly chicken with piri salted fries and coleslaw and a plain chicken burger with fries for the fussy one.

Though food was a bit late as it was so busy, but we were offered a free starter as compensation. Customer service was excellent. Food as usual 10/10

Enjoyed the visit. Although, the place could be fully booked and one has to wait if no prior booking is made. Moreso, if not arriving within 10 minutes of your booking means you likely to lose the slot booked. Good customer service, nice food and music, very artistic decor, chickens not that small and overall good experience. Bathrooms available, and access for wheelchair. I would recommend the place to everyone. Bonus point is free more than enough parking.

To begin with we were given dirty glasses, waited a long time for starters, (you weren't even very busy at this time) no forks.....had to wait again....served us our food.....no plates....had to wait ages for our plates � explained we asked for Piri piri chips, their reply was, well I'll give you a pot of the Piri and you can tip it on � never once asked how our food was. We've been coming here years and never had a bad experience like this! Nearly walked out!! Also why don't you reply to the bad responses only the good on here? You quite happily take our money thank the people who give good reviews and ignore the people who have a bad experience with you. That's not good customer service in my eyes!

Normally love coming for Nando's especially after we haven't been for a while but no, staff we're awful, my chicken in my pitta was pink / purple... DISGUSTING!!!!! Waiter did change but it was completely off putting and I ended up taking my food home. Secondly no one checked up on us to see how our meal was going, the chicken stick was still on our table when we left!!!! Thirdly I asked the waiter for a straw as there were none out and she completely forgot about me & I had to ask another waiter. I have photos of my chicken and the stick still on our table at the end of our stay. I'm disgusted and very sad to have an experience like this in my favourite restaurant. Deffo thinking of looking for a new regular restaurant. Will be posting these photos / complaint on twitter so this gets addressed and not ignored. Our meal didnt take too long. It was hot enough to eat. Garlic bread was dry tho. We had table straight away.

Went on 2/1/17 found it very cold in restaurant where was people sitting with their coats on one even had a woollen hat on ,as a regular I found it very odd & food going cold very fast ,not my best time there ,as said been many times before and great

Food was fabulous as always but the draft from the side door/windows where i was seated was ridiculous. Even the blinds were fanning me as it was so windy. �

just that they gave us normal fries instead of spicy ones as ordered. when we told the server about it, all he did was bring in the spice to be used with the fries!!!

Popped in for Saturday lunch, no queue, food lovely and fresh, great service without being rushed.. will deffo be back!

Very very busy Sunday evening but we were seated after a 5-10 minute wait. The food came fairly quick and was amazing! Enjoyed throughly! Used to go here all the time in uni 2008-2011!! So good to see it is still very good there :)

We normally eat at this Nandos when we visit family. Second year running on the exact same date heating not working, yes we could of left and eaten somewhere else but my husband's aunty loves it there. We amongst the rest of the customers sat eating with our coats on but to make things worse my husbands chicken was rock hard on 1 side and raw on the other, how the hell can a trained chef serve food like that? I can confirm we will NOT be finding out if the heating is fixed on another visit

It was my first visit to nando's. Was greeted at the door and given a brief description of the menu. Food was great but there were no forks available for quite some time. The 2 customers on the next table had to use plastic forks

Freezing cold in there. No garlic bread an soft drink served in plastic take away cups for people eating in.

nice family meal loved it alot better than the Merthyr one �

I visited with my husband for lunch yesterday. We ordered a wing roulette to share. Having eaten our nuts and humous dip, we then waited and waited and waited. We called the waiter over to be told they had forgotten to tell us they had no wings cooked and we could either wait another 20 mins, or they would bring us a half chicken straight away. We agreed, but still ended up waiting another 20 minutes. It wasn't busy, a few families came in and got served immediately. Not impressed at all.

Lovely food as usual , only complaint is there was only 1 girl serving when there was quite a big queue. Food usually arrives quick so don't have to wait long to tuck in.

My 1st time at Nandos and I would like to thank Jordan for his fantastic customer service this afternoon. Very polite and helpful and we will deffo be back...well done guys the food was beautiful! !
