What a pleasant surprise to find this pub tucked away. I have to say the food was amazing!! I had the cottage pie with cheese topping with chips.(home made) While my friend had a curry. The presentation itself was great, but the food was excellent!! Then the puddings, yummy,yummy. I had the jam sponge with custard and my friend had the waffles with chocolate and cream. (think it was that). Again presentation lovely. Tasted so nice really great food. The staff were ALL very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere in there was electric, football was on the tv. But people were not loud and rude. It was a great experience for our first visit. Can not wait to go back again. Yours Michelle

The food was excellent the atmosphere was fantastic. There is music playing throughout the pub and it plays outside the the front of the pub too. There is a jukebox just next to the front door in which you have a wide variety of music to choose from. The staff were lovely and friendly to us. Happy to inform us about the current offers they have on. They have a lovely display of all their spirits and the seats were very comfy. I will be comming again soon

Brilliant family friendly pub we had a lovely beef and onion baguette with a side of fries. The barmaid Donna recommended some drink I went for the Stella that was a really nice pint
