By far the best roast in Nantwich & surrounding areas �� and I'm a fussy cow !!
Everyone enjoyed it and portion sizes were spot on, all served with seasonal fresh veg and presented well !! Staff are A** too ��

I have to say the food was amazing!!
I had the cottage pie with cheese topping with chips.(home made) While my friend had a curry. The presentation itself was great, but the food was excellent!!
Then the puddings, yummy,yummy.
I had the jam sponge with custard and my friend had the waffles with chocolate and cream. (think it was that). Again presentation lovely.
Tasted so nice really great food.
The staff were ALL very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The atmosphere in there was electric, football was on the tv. But people were not loud and rude.
It was a great experience for our first visit. Can not wait to go back again.

The food was excellent the atmosphere was fantastic. There is music playing throughout the pub and it plays outside the the front of the pub too. There is a jukebox just next to the front door in which you have a wide variety of music to choose from.
The staff were lovely and friendly to us. Happy to inform us about the current offers they have on. They have a lovely display of all their spirits and the seats were very comfy. I will be comming again soon
Brilliant family friendly pub we had a lovely beef and onion baguette with a side of fries. The barmaid Donna recommended some drink I went for the Stella that was a really nice pint
Came in on Monday for some food and a couple of drinks couldn’t fault it in any way food and drinks were absolutely amazing bar staff and waitress were very welcoming and friendly even gave me recommendations on what to drink as there is so much to choose from.
Definitely be returning great place

I was trying to decide what to have for tea on Sunday and then remembered how lovely the roast dinners are from The Talbot. I called at 4:15pm and was delighted when they said they could fit me in for a delivery at 5:45pm. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they're always so cheerful when they answer the phone.
The food arrived on time and was lovely, there was plenty of lamb, boiled potatoes and roast potatoes, and the veg was absolutely delicious, carrots, green beans and broccoli. All finished off with lashings of gravy and an enormous crispy Yorkshire!!
very good service from waitresses and bar staff , food was excellent and overall atmosphere was good , really enjoyed my meal and will definitely be comming here again

Homely feel with regulars inside and outside the pub . Staff friendly and helpful. Food really tasty and reccomend that its well worth a visit .
