Sunday lunch was a massive slice of pork with very generous portions. Good selection of beers, surprisingly wasn't very busy and easily found a table. We would have liked a dessert but simply couldn't fit it in!

Great food in a cosy setting. The service was great and the food came quickly (ideal when dining with children!). Every dish was excellent. We’re travelling from Sydney Australia and loved the building with its proper English pub feel. Highly recommend.

Fantastic pub. Myself and a few friends arranged to go and play folk music on a Wednesday night, We've been there a few weeks now and it's proving to be quite popular. The bar is well stocked, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent 👌 If you're visiting Nantwich and looking for somewhere to stay, or just eat and drink, I would recommend you have a look at the Red Cow.

Popped in for a quick beer & meal. Staff friendly and helpful. I had a Lamb thing on a pita bread which was very tasty. The wife had the fish and mushy peas which were very good. Her chips were slightly burnt/overdone though. Place was clean.

Very friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a date night. I had the fishcakes as a starter and the presentation and food quality was excellent, I highly recommend them. The IPA Haddock and chip's was also excellent and would order everytime moving forward just make sure there is plenty of space in your belly, you can tell the chef takes pride in their food in the details of the garnishes and the fact the tartare sauce is home made. The girls behind the bar were quick and thorough in their work. All round 5 star evening

We had a lovely meal, a bit of a different menu, it was fab! We received great service from the pleasant staff there. It has a lovely outside area, which we used. Another of these gems we come across.

A Robinson’s pub so at least you get a good pint of beer. Reasonably comfortable inside. Only went in for a drink

Travelling back home and stopped off for food, wasn’t expecting much other than standard pub menus, but found a lamb sherwarma on the menu so thought I’d feed my inner otterman empire. The tribe had a couple of beef pies and chicken burger, table service which was pleasant and informative. In short food was outstanding all home made shawarma was on a long open home made flat bread, layered with toppings meat and greens with a dollop of mint and yogurt sauce. However the beef pie was unbelievable and massive, I had to help my wife finish hers. All home made, well presented flavoursome. Will be returning !!
