Had one large cod and chips and two battered sausage and large chips with curry sauce. Very good and hot. Server nice man, very helpful. Would recommend
I have been to the Needham Chippy twice when visiting the area and have really enjoyed the food both times. Have tried both the cod and haddock. The fish was cooked fresh to order both times and was delicious with lovely crispy batter. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the fish and chips. I now consider myself the founder member of the Needham Chippy Appreciation Society (Grantham Branch)!
Excellent fish and chips, curry sauce not to bad either. Friendly, helpful staff. We pr-order and always on time. All I can say is “Just perfect they way they are” 😊 thank you Needham Chippy another excellent meal I didn’t have to cook 😊

Good fish and chips on Friday night which were well cooked, piping hot, cooked to order and not greasy, couldn't ask for better.
Not as good Saturday night, very disappointing and I will find somewhere else to eat in future on Saturdays.
The fish were greasy, the batter was soggy inside and the chips were cold.
If I had to rate just Saturdays visit it would have been 2 stars.
The only thing is price. But I realize everything is expensive now.

Good size portions cooked fresh that does mean you have to wait though.

Have used this chip shop several times in the last year, we have always had cod and chips which have been excellent every time, very generous portions, average price, could be a little cheaper but the food is good. They only take cash,no cards.
One of the best fish and chip shops in the local area, friendly staff and good prices. They are always busy, but it is a cash only business.
Fresh cooked to order, always tastes great, friendly owner and has won awards for a reason! If you're going past I would pop in for a chippy tea!
