Lovely cafe, very old school feeling, plated dinners like you used to get at your nans. When you order a pot of tea you get the pot of hot water to top up. Lovely decor and well worth a visit especially if you are on a budget.
The Seaside was recommended to us and we can see why. 2 Sunday Roast, Fish and Chips, Sausage, Egg Chips and beans with a pot of tea for 4 all under £30.

A proper no nonsense cafe seaside doesn't pretend to be something it's not. Very interesting decor and good photos of New Brighton over the years Nothing fancy but good food with slightly "healthy" options. Very nice staff and clean toilets.
We've been coming here for over 8 years we love it and must have had everything in the menu. Good hearty home made food ,never been disappointed . Good portion sizes and the Staff are lovely and always made to feel welcome . Definitely recommend..... Don't forget to Bring your cash !
From the minute we walked in we were welcomed by friendly staff. We have been going here for many years with mum and dad and the kids. It has always been a lovely friendly atmosphere with plenty of delicious meals to please all. Easy to get inside with prams and also great to sit outside with the dog on a dry day. Service and staff are pleasant and welcoming.
