Nice and clean, friendly staff and great food. Always plenty of seats available, which is a good thing as New Malden gets quite busy during shopping hours and weekends.

Whenever we made an offer for collection, never it was the right order. Always something missing. And I'm saying ALWAYS.
ordered food yesterday and chilli bites were missing.

Few week ago been there with my kids around 6pm, a group of girls came inside and sat next table from us after a few minutes they started shouting each other and using fu.....word's, it took 10 minutes from restaurant to request them to go outside, but my kids were so scared and now they don't want to go at that Mcdonald restaurant again.

Haven't been in a Maccy D's in a while. I was shocked to see how much smaller the rolls and beef patties are these days.
Having your order brought to your table is so much better than having to hang around the counter waiting for your number to be called out. It caused so much confusion as to who was waiting to be served and who was waiting for their order.
The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is kept clear of rubbish and is clean. Would recommend going there for breakfast or lunch.

I don't know how to use the machine. A lady took my order at the counter. She was pleasant and said I could do it at the counter. I had a white coffee.

It is good they gave finally brought back the vegetable deluxe and veggie dippers to offer more choice. The delivery with Uber Eats was fast and was still warm when it arrived.
