Service was a bit slow, but I think they were short staffed as it was early. The batter was nice and crispy, a bit different to animal fat chippies I'm used too, but definitely worth a visit and the fryer seems genuinely passionate about his craft. Good range of pies with gravy. I would go again.
Tried it for the 1st time having recently moved to the area & thought it was excellent. Will definitely return.
We called into the Very Friendly Fish and Chip Shop today and I must say we were all impressed.
2 of us had The Fish, Chips, Mushy Peas and Curry Sauce.
All cooked to perfection and not anaemic cooked Chips and the Fish had a golden crispy batter.

Absolutely the best fish and chips we've had in a long long time... We both had the mini fish and chips - the portions were perfect, the chips crispy on the outside, fluffy inside and the batter on the fish was amazing. Definitely coming again, thank you! 😋
