Bareburger

Tuesday night totally paid off. The service and food was amazing and I got new burger to try every time. So far the server suggested me again the right combination and I really enjoyed it. Sweet potato fries stole my heart. The burger was very well made and the bacon was crispy and smooth at the same time it was so perfect. I think Tuesday night at this restaurant is my favorite gateway of the week so far.

Cool spot. Garage door opens the whole front entrance. Cool atmosphere. Awesome burger. Ordered a burger with onion rings and a beer. The burger was amazing and flavorful. Very juicy patty on a potato roll. Inions were big, crispy and flavorful. They were also on the burger. The beer was good and cold. Limited beer selection and bar. Best burger in the UES.

While sipping on glasses of white wine we decided to start with the Cali Fresh salad at the waitresses recommendation. Even though we ordered a small a large bowl of baby kale with cauliflower hummus, red quinoa, grape tomatoes, watermelon radish, red ions, alfalfa, and lemon tahini dressing arrived and proved a very refreshing appetizer. As we scraped the last leaves onto our forks the burgers arrived Christina decided to go with the turkey served on collard greens with mushrooms, spinach, and pickles while I chose the bison burger with Amish blue cheese, spinach, red unions, and mushrooms on a whole wheat sprout bun. Both were quite delicious!

It served its purpose which was to satisfy my cravings for a burger, it wasn't the best burger I've ever had. I did like the jalapeno peppers on my burger which just gave me an idea that I can use for my homemade burger, waffle fries were cold and cut a little too thin for me. I think a better packaging would be useful to help maintain heat to fries, but what I really think is that they made my fries way before my burger. Very disappointed, will I return? Maybe, I might give it one more try.

This place was the best spot to hit for me recently!! It was a busy Saturday night with St. Paddy's Day going on, and we got there pretty late at night. Even know it was packed and we didn't have a reservation, the receptionist was super awesome and accommodated us after waiting about 10 to 15 minutes! We also had to friends unexpectedly show up too and they allowed us to also have them seated. The menu's are super cute and you can make your own burger if you don't like the current options for about the same price. Pretty cheap place considering it's the city and everyone I was with loved their burgers, including me! It was so juicy and had a slight crunch to the bun. I definitely need to go here often ♡ $5 beer too!!
