Friendly staff and great coffee but only one vegan sandwich on offer. Loud music playing which is rather intrusive when trying to have a conversation.
First time to this branch. I love Pret and this is a nice one. There was lots of porridge left at 10am. The porridge is always totally delicious with honey. Soooo good. My friend had a veggie egg white omelette and really liked it. We take our own cups and filter coffee is just 49p. Brilliant! Recom
The employees are a friendly bunch here, making you feel like a welcome customer. Pret menu is the usual good quality although prices seem to be creeping up higher than inflation.

Lovely staff, always greet me with a warm smile. Have the Pret subscription and visit most days. Always take my own reusable cup and staff always remember just how I enjoy my coffee! Large, spacious shop with plenty of seating.

Come here almost every day, staff are always friendly without fail, service is quick and efficient, coffee always great. Will continue to come here and hope that it stays as good as it is. Only downside is that it closes early so I can never go get my oat vanilla latte after work but other than that

Glad this place is open properly but I miss the omlet boxes. This Pret has the BEST staff of any coffee shop in Newbury. No one else even comes close. Service is fast and friendly, the place is kept clean, and the food is excellent like most Prets.
