Used the click and collect was greeted by a happy member of staff at the tills. I collected 8 coffee cups I asked for a box to carry the individual cups . She did not have one but wrapped each one and put them in a bag. Excellent customer service.
Needed help with a item staff were brilliant even taking item and putting into the car, the lady serving in the cafe was lovely. Really good experience

I was served by a young man called Nick. He made sure the items I took to the till were on offer that I said were. He was extremely helpful with getting a basket to take my shopping to the car.
The store has a variety of items, lots of bath towels and bathroom items if that's what you're looking for and lots of other things. It also has a little drinks fridge. Staff are helpful as well.
Good place to find customer toilets if your wife is testing your patience and bladder too much while she prevaricates her way around B&Q and Dunelm.

Plenty of parking and a well stocked store with plenty of items on offer. Good cafe even if a little expensive. Next door to a Costa and opposite b&q. Very good food wagon in the car park
